his extensive renovation of a beautiful lakefront property in the Seattle area featured ambitious architectural design, but this design forced the ductwork to take inefficient routes through the home. As a result of inadequate prior design planning, the system would not have performed adequately, despite a lot of hard work from all involved parties.

We were brought in for a comprehensive  review of the ducts and other HVAC systems prior to drywall cover and were able to highlight a number of the issues with the duct system for repair. Our detailed feedback enabled the general and HVAC contractors to collaborate with the architectural team to find solutions that met both design requirements and performance standards, preventing costly post-construction remediation.
